Yoga classes online. It is recommended that you consult a physician before starting any exercise program if your current health status could be at risk. The following yoga classes are offered online in the comfort of your own home. Three different session types are offered and may be selected.
- Yoga with Somatic Movements for adults focuses on gentle, easy, mindful movements for your body, followed by Savasana relaxation.
- Yoga Nidra relaxation for adults will include a short chair-assisted yoga practise followed by instructor-lead Yoga Nidra relaxation.
- Face Yoga – coming soon.
Yoga classes offered LIVE online. This is a conference style classroom – we will be able to see everyone in the class if you allow it.
